Drug Testing Laws in the State of Oklahoma

Drug Testing The state's drug testing law permits most types of drug testing provided certain conditions are met. The foremost condition is that prior to conducting any drug or alcohol tests, the employer must make an employee assistance program available to employees. The statute also requires that the employer establish a comprehensive policy which explains all aspects of the testing program.
